My first entry over at CGHub's Character Forge. Topic was 'The Siren.' In other words we had to re-design a mermaid/siren creature of some sort! Had a blast doing this one and really happy with the outcome.The brief also mentioned sexual dimorphism with the males so I added some male mermaids (mermen? mermales?) in there as well, just for fun!

Do you want a critique? I just think that the perspective isn't so good. The boat there maybe shouldn't be there, but in other place. I believe that you can fix it in the next art easily

This is simply stunning. I would believe mermaids actually look like this. Love her dreadlocked hair the fish-like pattern on her body.
