BTW. I saw new movie - "Snakes on the train". Really. I wonder whether it is connected with "Snakes on the plane". And when the snakes would be eg. in outer space?

It's a nose bleed. It's Orochimaru's nosebleed, as he is in the bush. Nosebleeds frequently occur in anime when the sanguinary character is in a state of arousal. Orochimaru is excited by little boys. Accordingly, the blood comes out of the bush, which Orochimaru is hiding in, because he has a nosebleed brought on by watching little children at play. The nosebleed is of such epic proportions it leaks out of the bush causing this comic effect. Orochimaru is a pedophile.
