Description
A 12ga handgun with an ammo capacity of 16 shells in its revolving mag cylinder, the Atilax is a weapon to be feared.Note: You put your hand through the revolving mag thingie, similar to Mouse's shotguns in The Matrix.

Hmmm....might have a problem if the mag ever chainfires. Though that depends on it's loading mech.
Besides, a one handed shotgun would hurt both the wielder and the target.

reminds me of Malmida's Hinge [link] just as a shotgun and a lot shorter. Reloads differently too from what I see in the comments.

Probably, but with 16 shells at your disposal, I don't think you'd need to worry too much about reloading

Reminds me of a cross between the MM1 Grenade Launcher, various Nerf guns, and as you stated, Mouse's shotguns from The Matrix.
