Description
Inspired by Archkyrie's SnapDragon .Changed the name from the Welsh "Barcud" (meaning "kite") to the Welsh "Draig" (meaning "dragon"). The Problem was that both "kite" and "dragon" mean "Drache/Drachen" in German
Done in PMG 0.6.
