It's odd for the gun to hold 4 rounds instead of 5, even if it meant the gun had to be bigger.

Hello I just wanted to comment over the subject of the caliber chosen for the one submission.
Wouldn't the 50AE be a bit over powered for such a small firearm.
Might I recommend sticking to the lower caliber rounds As do most self defense pistol for females are. 22LR, 32ACP , 38SPL , 380auto , 9mm
We see all the time women hitting them selves with Desert Eagles in 50AE due to recoil. and lack of ability to hold correctly.
And thats 50AE from a big pistol Gas powered as well = It absorbs more of the energy But is still too much for women
Having it in a smaller weapon and Revolver style would pose some issues By making the forces of recoil much more violent As well as excessive unburnt powder leaving the barrel which my also pose issues. (I Love short barrel pistols BTW ^-^ )
This pistol would fly out of the womans hand & could strike the user if the user does not know how to properly use it to a high level.
LOL Not being sexist or anything But Im very sure most women cant
Last time I gave a a pistol to a chick , 2 things happened 1 it hit her in the face & 2 it flew out of her hand.
And that was a air soft then 9mm S&W which the 9mm is 5-10 times less powerful I guess then the 50AE
Summary Is a nice pistol But I think your stretching it with the 50AE part as a ladies pistol

First of all, thanks for your comment. But I have to say, that I don't care much for realism on my guns. I simply used the .50 AE calibre, because for other calibres I would have had to use a smaller cylinder which didn't look good. So, I went for aesthetics over realism... sorry.

Um Many revolvers use the same sized cylinder for there design.
You can just have different sized chambers in each one you know.
You can claim its a 45ACP and no changes need to be made. other then adding 1 to the 4 round capacity
Look up 9mm & 22LR revolvers There going to have the same sized cylinder Even thought the 9mm is 3 times wider in size
Look at some Taurus Revolvers .44/ .357 . 38 / 22LR / 9mm / 45ACP they all have roughly the same sized cylinder, mm apart at most But nothing that stands out Unless you held the gun and cheeked You wouldn't know what it shot (Excluding obvious revolvers like the .410 Judge and 600 Nitro Ect)
In no offences way but 50AE is just nonsense in all thinking for choice.
50AE in a even numbered cylinder (4) would most likely lead to the cylinder failing Exploding
Im just trying to improve this submission so I can better pitch it to the other judges as a good choice for a contest winner. If you dont wish to try and it to bit logical Il just pick change my votes else were
All you have to do is edit your text Thats nothing much really Will aslo make it look like you know what your doing when people like me stumble across this. 50AE in this is like trying to sell me a Fully antomatic bolt action rifle Which makes no sense.
See were Im going

Sorry that I took so long to reply, I've got some RL stuff going on.
I see your point, and I must say you know a lot about guns (which admittedly I don't), but you seem to miss a point about this particular gun (and in truth about all of my guns): They're about aesthetics and design!
In this case, I wanted an overpowered gun, because I thought it was cool! I'm sure it could never be used in real life (especially not by women.. at least most of them), but that's not the point. If it would be a recreation, you would be right, then I would be restricted to the actual calibre used in the gun. BUT: this is my own gun, and I can say it uses the calibre wichever I please.

Your excused
And thank you I have put a great amount of effort in learning and understanding firearms.
Please do help your self to all my firearm work.
I get it all the time that these PMG submissions are made for FUN I understand
But my concern is most PMG users put therework as Game Development Art or Concept Art Ect
As for an artist like me I feel somewhat upset that now everyone is Pretending to be a firearm artist and filling up the Weapon Game development Concept art Area of DA with all this PMG work.
Most of which are Not taking it seriously When adding there art.

If I were a prostitute, I'd only want this gun strapped onto my thigh.
