Sweetwater Precision Weapons (SPW) is a fictional Weapons company, the Operator series features conversions of existing weapons and new weapons according to the customer's wishes.

The Executioner was so pleased with the weapons the SPW gunsmiths had made for him, that he requested another one. He wanted a 7.62x45 caliber, semi-automatic sniper rifle according to the following specs: side-loading, downward ejection of the casings, a high-resolution digital scope, a bipod, a suppressor, side rails, and a carry handle.
