First experience with DS4.8 and IRAY, installed this morning and as fast as possible to a render

Dus je bent eindelijk ook overstag gegaan? Hoe bevalt het je? Ikzelf werk nog steeds met 4.6, en Reality. In het begin dat Iray en 4.8 er waren zag ik diverse renders die ik niet echt mooi vond, en was dus niet echt onder de indruk van Iray, maar inmiddels zie ik zulke schitterende dingen voorbij komen, dat het wel erg begint te kriebelen om te upgraden....Of eerst maar wachten tot een nieuwe pc, dat kan ook natuurlijk

Ik zie heel goed werk voorbij komen in IRAY, en waarom zou jij een een nieuwe PC nodig hebben????.... ik neem aan dat jij de renders via reality ook deels over de videokaart laat lopen ( NVIDEA & Cuda's = GPU )? om de snelheid erin te houden!!
Dan ben je volgens mij met IRAY ook goed uit!!
Belangrijk is de opkomst van G3F, dat loopt niet goed in Poser?, dus nu even uitproberen

Nou, mijn videokaart is een oudje; AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics,...ik heb dus een veredelde laptop (all-in-one pc ) Maar hij functioneert prima, maar met het renderen (Reality) natuurlijk erg langzaam, ook omdat ik nog 2.5 gebruik, en nog niet ge-upgrade heb naar 4.1
Dus voor nu is het een kwestie van hรจรจl veel geduld hebben, maar ach, des te meer zal ik in de toekomst, als alle bugs uit Reality 4.1 zijn, genieten van de beloofde snelheid...
Mocht jij ze tegenkomen, stuur ze dan ook langs mij

Jij doet alles over de CPU... dus..ย
Misschien een kleine investering in een videokaart is voldoende, als de PC nog voldoet
Nvidea gamers kaart uitzoeken met veel cuda's die nog past in je pc... hmmm misschien 2hands...
Maak je niet druk over 4.1 t.o.v 2.5, wel over bugs maar zeker niet op snelheid..

Voorlopig moet ik gewoon geduld hebben als ik een render met Reality/ Luxrender aan het "koken" ben
En die nieuwe pc komt er wel...

After frustrating weeks it finally opened my eyes for the light functions...
But with all your experiences in Reality it will be just a little step.
I bought it, but can't work with. Stupid me! So I'm happy with Iray.

I'm not an expert in Reality, I just got used to it
For the installation of daz 4.8 I removed the daz3.1 version i still used for working in reality1.25.
Main reason for me to enter the new DSprogram is GF3, this is not done in Poser?, even with DSON import etc etc..
A pity because reality4 for poser was not so bad to work with.
Let me try the IRAY engine, it makes beautiful renders as well
