Description
The look of over horror played aross the girl's face as her eyes hit the innocent color of death. This was an awful mistake.
"He's going to kill me..!!" she thought, picking up the pink fabric with shaken hands. Everything of her father's in terms of clothes were a hot pink. Shirts, pants, underwear, suits, and probably everything he had in the closet was pink.
"Why? What did I do to deserve this?" she asked, wanting to cry, but it was stock in her locked body. Her whole being was in shock from the accident.
"Wow, you screwed up.." Dimitri said, his yellow cat eyes on the clothes. The demon butler asked Rena for help since Vincent, her father, dumped so much work on him as punishment for poisioning his dinner.
"Y-yeah, I did.." she said, her eyes unmoving from the ruin clothes.
"Want me to take the blame?" he asked. To be honest, he didn't care if he was punished or not. He just hated it when Vincent harmed Rena. She didn't derserve that. No one desevered to be hurt by a father figure.
"No,it's my fault... I'll.. I'll tell him.."
"Are you okay?" he asked, Rena as stiff a a statue. Her eyes wouldn't move from the six hundred dollar suit that shifted from black to light pink within seconds in her care.
"Yeah.."
"You're trembling.."
"Yeah.."
The demon rolled his eyes before leaving, hoping the girl will break free from the statue state soon. She did indeed and out of fright, she kicked most of her father's clothes out of sight behind the washing machine. She took one of his favorite white shirts, staring at it with despair in her oddly colored blue eyes. "I'm so scared.." she thought, leaving the laundry room. She didn't have to go upstairs, she just went passed two room and was at the study. As she entered, she used her right hand to the shirt she brought behind her back. She didn't want him to just flat out see it..
Vincent was there. His black hair made his blue eyes show through contrast. His eyes weren't different shades of blue like Rena's, they were the same darker blue that was the color in her right eye. He looked young, he couldn't be over thrity. He wore a black dress shirt and slacks. "Yes Rena?" he questioned casually, looking up. He had been lost in thought.
"I-I... I-I ru-ru...ahh.."
"Are you having a storke-"
"I runied your stuff!" she coughed out, dropping the shirt before he could finish speaking.
The man was speechless. His eyes were on the shirt just like his daughter's was earlier. He bit his lip out of fury, finding the words to scream at her. He swallowed them down though. His medicine was working. He would not lash his violent out onto his innocent daughter. At least not today.
"I did this father. I just wanted to help Dimitri since you gave him so much work.."
"I-It's okay? How many did you ruin?"
"..Everything.." Her voice so meek a anthropomorph mouse was louder. It wasn't that she was fearful of his anger, she just hated displeassing him. That and this mistake was huge...
Vincent rosed from his chair, anger in his eyes. He stormed over to her and slunged out, taking her shoulder. He yanked her forward before wrapping his arms around her for a hug. She's hurt her enough for lesser mistakes, now that he was better he wasn't going to just harm her.
"Everyone makes mistakes dear.." he said softly, smiling down at his daughter.
"Still, I'm so so so sorry papa.." The sixteen year old weeped as she cried in her father's remaing last black sweater.
