The jaguar at the Sacramento Zoo loves to lie down up close to the front of the exhibit. Makes for some fun attempts at close ups (as I'm sure you've seen in my gallery in recent months).Prints up to 30"x40" available through the store.

Jaguar's are pretty cool, though many people confuse them with leopards, haha.

It's one of my major pet peeves. Like, even more than someone just getting the name blatantly wrong (i.e. calling a cheetah a lion, or something along those lines). Don't ask me why, it's just rankles me to no end. lol

I know right!? I had this incident when I was at a zoo and looked at a dolphin tank, and then I hear a mom say to her little boy; "Look! Do you see the big fishes?"
It took all my inner strength to control myself, lol!
