I'll kick off the primate parade with a photo of a gibbon. The way these guys run is so cool. I couldn't help but smile when I saw it. On our tour of the zoo, the tour guide called him over to us. He dropped out of a tree one the far side of the exhibit, twirling around a couple trees on the way down, and ran over to where we were standing. Of course there was a moat between us, so he stopped before the water, but it was still pretty cool to see. The Gladys Porter Zoo is apparently pretty well known for its primates. A lot of gorillas, chimps, orangs, gibbons, spider monkeys, etc etc. so I have a lot more pictures coming of these guys and others.
