ok i dig this...big time..i think it's terribly keen..but i have one problem...if in the big cities they already have troubles with dog shit all over the place...and now there's one swinging up above....can you imagine what would occur!...dear lord first it rains fire brimstone and frogs!...NOW dog crap too...the world is coming to an end..an end i tell you..oh..but at least it will look keen and hip as it falls into oblivion...nice work!

Ok, the anatomy is a bit off in places. That could use some work. Anatomy is always important. Even if its purposely done incorrectly, it should be able to look as if it were done on purpose. When it looks like it was an accident, it doesnt make the image look good. It has an exact opposite effect.
The background image is blurry. And that takes away from the image. If it were a bit more clear it would really help out.
Also the shading/lighting doesnt match the background image. Which wouldnt matter except theres a very clear distinction between light and dark in the background, which draws focus onto lighting.
Still, the coloring was done well. And it is wrather amusing. Not sure how original the idea is, but still, its cute.
So good work, but still, it could use a lot of touch ups.
