Yeah Chris Evans is also going to play the Cap. I guess since Fantastic Four movies are being kept separate from the Avenger movies' universe they figured it would be ok. I think Chris Evans is awesome, and the Cap is definitely a different part to play from the cocky Johnny Storm.

Um, the perspective of the faces on the shield looks a bit off. And there's not enough detail in the planes in the background.
Oh, and, you do know that the movie will be set in WWII, so Hulk, Iron Man (and Thor, on Earth) will not exist yet, nor will those fighter jets. Inaccuracies like that really bring your art further down.

Only part of the movie will be set in WW2. It's going to be one of those stories that starts in one era and ends in another. I just wish they'd stayed closer to his origins and costume than they did.

Well, first of all, I should probably point out that my original comment was more of a joke, one part giving Rob a hard time, and one part mocking those nerds who tries to find flaws in art because it's not accurate...
However, I should mention, while I can't remember if it's been officially stated or not, it's more than likely this movie really will be primarily set in WW2. Originally they thought it would be half WW2 half modern times, but it seems to have shifted. Part of this is because they weren't sure they would get a sequel, but the sequel got the greenlight. Other clues, they have revealed that The Invaders, a WW2 team that Cap fought with, will be "in the entire second half of the film". Likewise, the Howling Commandoes will appear, and a number of other WW2 only characters. Again, I can't find an official statement on it, but the signs point towards this being the case.

If that's the case, it might be better than I thought. I'd heard that half would be in modern times so they could set him up for the Avengers movie- I'd even heard that it would be Stark that gave him his round shield- when it was stated in the comics that President Roosevelt gave it to him.
