Keamy from LOST.Pretty creepy duder!
This is the artwork I did for his sketchcard, but I wanted to give it it's own submission since I like how it came out.

Ahaha, you've got his goofy mouth down perfect. I remembered him from Xmen. But this time he's not in a fat suit

How did you get the mouth so perfect? I spent such a long time drawing that guy's mouth (you can see it in my gallery), and it still came out crappy.

His mouth was very tricky. The actor has one of those mouths that always seems to show his top teeth, unless he voluntarily closes it.
A good rule of thumb for mouths is trying to not draw the actual outline of the lips. Nine times out of ten, especially with a man's lips, the bottom lip is more prominent. The top lip should only be shaded where needed. Sometimes what you don't draw is just as important as what you do 
I quote Napoleon Dynamite, "It took me like 3 hours to do the shading on your upper lip"
I thought that was funny since that is a very tough area in a face to draw.
Keep on trying. Just takes practice.

I love this, I don't think I've seen any Keamy fanart yet.
I was disappointed that he was killed. Dammit he was such an awesome villain! So creepy and evil and totally devoid of anything resembling goodness! Oh, well, at least he got to fight Sayid and then be brutalized by Ben first. I would have been royally pissed if the writers just had Smokey kill him.
