If you were to ask my opinion of the new Tron movie you should know that I'm not a credible source. As a 5 year old I LOVED Tron before I even loved Star Wars. I had the toys, the read along mini-vinyl, the P.J.s, the lunchbox you name it! My kindergarten year was nothing but Tron. So naturally I LOVED the new movie.
I was in geek heaven from start to finish. Sure the screenplay was weak, but the direction, delivery, and of course the FX were incredible!!So I hope you enjoy my tribute

Holy. Mother. Of. Several. Things. That is beautiful. You are a master with the coloured pencil, and once again the composition is flawless and the likenesses startling. The pixel effect at the top of the drawing is very, very clever as well. Well done once again, Rob.

Wow, just . . . wow . . . ! I love the composition of this piece, how you took several different film posters and put them together in a very fluid way! Plus, you did really good at capturing the characters' likenesses and also, great job on the light effects!
I've never seen the original Tron film, but I loved Tron: Legacy. It's one of those films that is pure entertainment and is so fun to watch despite whatever pitfalls it might have. Actually, the awesome aspects of the film make you ignore any flaws! And I mean that in a good way. Some people might think fans of this film are only superficial and care only about the special effects. I loved the effects, but that wasn't all I enjoyed about the film.
Because of Tron: Legacy I now really want to watch the original '80s film! It'd be fun!
