"Ultimate Spider-Man"? As in Cartoon or Comic Book? 'Cuz nothing has really changed regarding Ultimate Venom. I don't want to sound rude, but I am ignorant to this. Care to elaborate, my friend?

Visual design for RobDuenas' Venom looks a LOT more menacing in my opinion. Sharper edges, sharper teeth, smaller eyes (gives a more predator look), etc

Oh yeah, I see your point. The plus side is that Venom flip-flops between hosts so we get to see him more like an entity, a symbol rather than just some guy in a suit.
And Rob's character designs are very impressive, not just Venom, but also Spawn, Spider-Man and a lot of other people. He's a great artist!
