This is the second Daphne pic I've come across in the past 60 seconds. Very strange, being that she's not a popular character at all. I almost thought there was a contest involving her going on, but you would almost surely have mentioned that in your description. Hell, I certainly wouldn't mind if she became the new Princess Peach, or at least the flavor of the month.
