I felt like it was time for yet another new idea to come to the surface, I suppose! Recently, a buddy of mine in Champions Online asked me if I would be interested in contributing to a super-group of his. I was already thinking up ideas for another project I wanted to work on and after a bit of tweaking to an old costume file that had this name, I managed to piece this together.

Compound's inspirations are a mix between Colossus, Absorbing Man and Tar Pit (IIRC) in terms of his powers and how he applies them. His ability to mimic solid inorganic materials was overloaded when they were activated, leaving him with a permanent new form. Made out of an impossible substance that combined the properties of several substances, his rather unnatural constitution makes him the "tank" of the team.
