Description Just what was on my table the other day.

I usually keep my script handy just for reference, and I do all my thumbnails on it aswell. I keep a small sketch book to work things out if I need. After each finished pages I print out a copy and keep it at the upper left of my desk so I can see the work reduced and keep pages and elements consistant.

A mirror for referencing hands and expressions. Stuff like that.

How do you scan in the comic boards? Because I have tried on a normal scanner and it is Hard.

I did, but I bought a couple new ones incase of such an emergency again. As it turned out I got my new one before my old one. Then when I finally got my old one back it looked pretty banged up and well worn so I threw it away.

The grid table-top is a good idea. And shrinking stuff down is always important, I just never thought of doing it while working on the project.

All of that seems pretty obvious to me now.

the grid top I got cheaply at a craft store. The green ones at an art store are ridiculously expensive. With the grid top it protects my desk from ink drops and spills, but also negates needing a T-square. I like it

wow, as far as not needing a t square anymore that is brilliant. is the grid sticky on the back side or is it just sitting on the desk?

its just a cutting mat, its not sticky on the back. But its large enough and of a material that it doesnt slide around at all either.
