Thank you but I actually cheated I made a 3D render to get a better feeling of depth/distance, I only added light effects and textures to it afterwards

Actually I would say that the car took the most time to draw. I did used a lot of time on the background too but it's not drawing. I experimented a bit with other methods it's mostly 3D render with a few textures and effects drawn on it later on.
