There is a way to bring back Anderson through necromancy but the only people who can do this are the vampire clan Giovanni and they only do this for personnel gain. That and they are assholes

The only characters I've brought back are Schrödinger and the Doctor (for a short time, before he died again) and with reasons.
Schrödinger could've survived because of his ability to be everywhere and nowhere. The Doctor could've survived because he is a genius who probably had a backup plan to escape London.

I do not "resurrect" characters. Anderson died. Let him rest.

I don't know. He crushed it. That caused the death of Anderson. Whatever happened to the heart after that it's meaningless.
