you know looking at pics of hellsing like this you could actally come to believe they were a family
with integra being the strong grandmother who could chop you into 30 pieces with her sword
alucard being the sort of a leader with out integra
seras and Schrodinger look like they are related so imma go with that
and the soldiers being the main force of the people you dont screw around with

Lately I bought a laptop with digital pen, so now I use that for drawing, because it's much faster.
But this was done in vectors, that's how I did it until now. I used the "pen tool" to select the area I wanted to fill up with black and many areas like that formed the lineart. Of course my vector artsyle looks a lot better since I used it for more than 2 years, I still need a lot of practice with the pen to be as good with it as I was with the vector style

You misunderstood. 
Sooner, I used Pen Tool, to make vector art and it was horrbily hard and slow to work with. I drew a page for a week sometimes (depending how much time I had, which was noramally 1-2 hour/day). So no problem, vector art IS hard, but it gets better with the time ^w^
