Thank you ^^ After finding out that Pip actually showed up in the last chapter, I simply couldn't ignore him. I worked hard to find a way to build him into the story without altering much on the original storyline. Hope you will like it ^^

Pip wasn't in my original plan. But in the final version of the last chapter there was a shadow with a manly voice on the walls of the hellsing mansion which is obviosly Pip in Seras' shadow form. Practically Pip died, but he is a servant soul of Seras. I don't know if Hirano said something like that he died.

I know Pip is a servant soul 'familiar' but Hirano said in vol. 7 Pip was supposed to die sooner but he got to much praise for that. And also is it just me or did Seras absorb some of the nazis before she got to Zorin. In vol. 7 you see a nazi's blood coat and stay on Seras' glove.

Pip's Hirano's darling. In Puff interview he revealed he's the character he's more attached to. He was his first character ever created (for a rpg in high school), and was angry when he was killed off. So he vowed that he would include him in most of his manga and get the girl he likes. It's a revenge fantasy.
In volume 7 itself, it's obvious Pip is 'dead' as Seras (who is dead btw, vampires are dead meat).

hi.. I like pip bernadotte too..And i love the couple of pip x seras..I also love alucard x seras too....and i do like alucard x integra..However..I dont think alucard x integra is cannon same with alucard x seras.
..I see alucard`s relationship with integra as an master servant bond close friendship...and i see alucard`sΒ relationshipΒ with seras as an younger sister or student relationship etc.

Yep! Only that was because he didn't own the rights for Angel Dust.
Having Pip dying was a blow for him as a teen, so he made him "immortal/undead" as Seras in a realistic way (he can't be a vampire, because he isn't virgin, but hey, he' a strong to beat up a werewolf and ha other magic hax. Hirano is pretty biased). Other versions of Bernadotte appear in other works (usually as a cool old man or protagonist like in Coyote. I've seen a sketch for Drifters too, dunno if he'll make a version appear there, but I'm 100% sure one of the wizard organization was named Bernadotte in the original concept).

Bah! Seras did all the work and it also helped that Hans WANTED to die. Pip just delt the final blow wich Hans alowed.

Seras would have been dead if Pip didn't intervene. Seras is utterly hopeless outside of brutal blows, he's the brains to her brawn. That didn't work with Captain. Since he was stronger than she was. She helped him in the Captain vs Captain fight, like Pip helped hers against Zorin (were Pip did not block her mental attack, Seras would have mind raped again).

I actually was wondering about this. I apperently can't find any proof for Hans kicking the silver tooth to Seras. I have no money right now to re-buy that book, and I'm not 100% sure that the hungarian publisher wasn't lazy with retransalation of the edited one, and the one they are selling now is the final version with the captain doing that.

I see your point there but 2 things: 1 is it just me or did Seras absorb a couple of the nazis in the Seras vs Zorin battle and 2 again is it just me or do Seras and Hans make a great pair. I despise PxS and prefer SxH, SxSchro, SxA

Nope. She's got only Pip. She never absorbed anyone else (Zorin would have seen it in her memories, all about Pip and Seras mixed and his interference fighting her). Seras and Pip are a 'team' (they even have an official t-shirt: "combination." Pip's the brains, Seras' the brute strength). You can drink blood but what transforms is *sucking* blood (or inhaling). It's clearer when you read the Japanese manga, the kanji used isn't the same (unfortunately, some English translations and what not tend to carelessly use it as synonymous, which seems wrong, but ymmv).
We're not talking about couples, we're talking about teams and canon. o.O
