I'm aware of the two guys, and the guy Seras "forked". But apperantly, you are not aware of the meaning of the word "tolerate". Tolerate is like accepting the existense of something and don't care about it. (Like I tolerate the idiots around me, means I don't hurt them) If Seras HATES bad people, and want to fight against them, she obviously DON'T tolerate evil deeds. But in the case of a young girl it has nothing to do with "tolerate" evil or not. Of course she attacked the murderer of her parents, she was angry, scared etc. But if we look at your way the answer is: no. Seras don't tolerate evil EXACTLY because she want to fight against evil.
