This did seem a little quick on the heels of the Predator one, but it was an issue of timing. It is a one-shot due to be released in conjunction with Sharknado 3. So, while these things do usually get spaced out, this one had a deadline set by outside forces. And the creative teams on the books have been outstanding, so the quality has been there. And it's a one-shot, not some massive 8-part epic.
Also, there are a ton of younger fans (and older, actually) who would LOVE an Archie/MLP crossover. If the Archie gang could team up with TMNT in the 90's, anything's possible.
