I can't exactly say who did the original template for the superhero characters, namely mutants, on the Deviantart site (there are so many artists using this template). I thought it would be fun to do some stats on the Fourth Doctor. I created an entirely new character sheet for the Doctor using this template.
I hope you like this as I wanted to do something different.
