This incarnation of the Doctor was well-known for his nightmare patchwork of colors he wears and blustering personality when barging barges into dangerous situations. His confidence matches his arrogance when dealing with his opponents. A cosmic wanderer who still has a sense of justice. This special file is written by my friend Mark Leney, a long-time Whovian like myself. Daleks beware!Art is done by John Ridgeway who drew the majority of Colin Baker comics in Doctor Who.
