I think the only thing that bugs me is the size of his hands, then again, robots aren't humans :/
otherwise, really digging the design, seems functional and gives off "i don't need these guns, I can just curb stomp you"

I'll admit, the arms look bendy to me and less solid to me. As oppossed to solid and sturdy legs.
There is such a thing as robot anatomy to an extent. EJ Su who drew Transformers for DD has a pretty cool book on it.

Actually I started out with just the legs. I really dug the design, but then I remember the head from Army of Two design sketches I saw here on DA and I really loved it. So i put the legs apart and designed the whole upper body conform to the head. But it got late and i just didn't have the juju in my head to come up with a working design for the legs as well. So I just inserted the earlier designed legs. So if you cover up the legs you'll see that the upper body works pretty good. Next time I'll just have to beat tiredness and do a proper job ^_^

These are coming out great. This one's design strike me as the love child of Robocop and ED-209. Very cool.
