The golden Protector!Yay a colored robot! And it sucks of course. BUT it has parrt that I like about it and it seems slowly, very slowly, i start to understand one and 2 things about color. I have a looooong looong way ahead of me before i'll be good at this but hopefully I'm on the path.

Coloring isn't bad....course I ain't no kinda judge. But I will say you sure got a lot of them in your head...(robots, that is, and pobably colors too.)

Mostly I have ideas of things I'd like to depict in a painting or writing, but forget what they were before I have a chance to make some kind of note that will recall for me what the idea was.

You need to stop beating yourself up about your coloring! I think all your colored work looks great.
I really like this piece. It reminds me of Miyazaki's Castle in the Sky...or maybe a robot that would guard something like the Emerald City. I mean that in the best possible sense.

Thanks man, but coloring still feels very alien to me. I'm totally at home with graphite or just black and white, but coloring is something else
