Description

As stated in the previous image, as an energy being, Guardian Angel can reshape and refashion her form into anything she can think of.  This grants her a wide variety of options during combat, as she can reconfigure her form into anything she requires at any given moment.

She can reduce in size to be as small as a fairy to avoid detection or spy on others, or she can become a massive dragon that can take on titanic foes or large swaths of enemies.  She can be an armored knight if she needs greater protection in combat, or as lithe and as agile as a cat if she needs more speed and mobility at the moment.  She can take on a harder carapace and insect like eyes to engage in close quarters aerial combat.  She can take on immense size and armament, transforming her limbs into powerful cannons if she needs to devote more energy to increasing her firepower.  She can become soft and fluid, able to stretch and slip through enemy combatants.  Or she can become a walking tank with the strength and durability to match her massive frame.

Again, all of this comes at a cost.  The larger the form, the more energy she burns, meaning there is a limit to how long she can maintain it.  Also taking on a new form means that she may not have access to other abilities like flight or energy projection as it is all being devoted to maintaining the form.  It all comes off with a tradeoff, as one form may not be suited to the task, and maintaining it for long periods could be detrimental to her effectiveness overall.

If people express enough interest, I could do a series of drawings that go into detail regarding the various combat forms and their specialized abilities.

Love the use of callbacks to your previous characters on this one.

And I would like to put my vote in as one of the people interested in seeing the series of drawings with her combat forms.

I actually wasn't trying to do intentional callbacks.  But I have been working on Guardian Angel for a while, and a lot of the design work on her actually bled into other character designs I was working on to try and express them in some way.

So it was less of this piece being a callback than those other pieces being call forwards.

For example, Nanowoman was actually influenced by Guardian Angel, and I wanted a chance to draw a character similar to Angel and express some of her abilities on paper.  Much like how Stellaris was influenced by Starfigther (Hence their similar poses).  I wanted to draw Starfighter and Guardian Angel, but I didn't want to post them here yet, so I came up with substitutes.

This series of pictures are pretty awesome!
I like how it seems to call back on the previous character designs of superheroes.
Kinda like you was just waiting for this special moment.

Yes. I really want this.
