Apparently, the characters powers are that he can shift himself between different dimensional planes, being either 1, 2 or 3-dimensional, while gaining stretching powers as a result.

I have to say, I kind of like that ability. It's fairly unique, don't see a lot of characters with that sort of ability, it allows for a variety of applications, and it kind of nice "Off the wall" sensibilities that could lead to a lot of fun, Spider-Man style adventures.
