Again, Technus highlighted the nifty feature of the villains of Danny Phantom by showing how versatile the notion of "Ghost" could be. With Ember, her theme was "Music." With Skulker, it was "Hunting." And for Technus, it was "Technology." And it allowed the character to pop up in a variety of stories.

Sadly, Technus also got used less and less as the series went on. But when he did show up, it was always memorable and he always managed to serve as a formidable opponent to Danny, despite his rather eccentric and goofy personality. Personally, I always preferred his big robot form from his first appearance, and wish that remained his "Default" form. But that's just me.

For Technus' design, I decided to go with his original look, plus his upgraded form. I didn't do much to update the upgraded form, but I decided to tweak Technus' original face a bit. I decided to remove his eyebrows, and give his face a more menacing look, somewhat inspired by the Joker from Batman. I was looking to go more for "Scary" rather than "Goofy."

That's it for the Danny Phantom designs for now. I'd like to revisit this concept someday down the line, and depict some of the characters from the show and see how else I might be able to tweak their designs.
