I don't think this is necessarily controversial but- I don't think there is anyone out there who DOESN'T like the Taskmaster. I think he is legitimately one of the MOST beloved villains in the entire Marvel Universe.

And it's no surprise. He's got a FANTASTIC look, designed by George Perez who also designed the similarly colored Deathstroke. He's got a great set of powers that makes him an exceptionally deadly adversary. He's an intelligent character that makes smart decisions. And he's managed to go his entire history without coming off as a jobber or overpowered. People love him, people love using him, and he was a blast to draw.
