Description
Here is another digital painting of Spawn. I did this one entirely in Procreate on an iPad Pro. Took me about 4 hours I think. I lost track but it was fun so that happens. I hope you like the work and more on the way!Follow me on Gumroad for custom brushes and video tutorials -

Looks great. I like the close-up shot with his mask taking up most of the paper.

Thanks for replying, I just wondering how long did it take ya to feel confident enough about the anatomy of your characters without checking with reference,Β I think I know where every goes but sometimes when I'm working on something it's like my mind goes blank, and have starting using refs? And thanks again for replying

It will happen for a long time. I stil have that problem with certain areas. Or even a certain muscle group but on a new angle that I am not used to drawing. Β It just gets easier over time but I still pull reference for certain hand poses and leg positions. Β Just keep at it and don't be ashamed of looking at photos to help with the process. Β All the pros do it at one time or another. Good luck to you and thanks for watching!

Looks great as usual! I love me some spawn.
Would the ipad pro be a good place to go if someone has a terrible computer and can't quite afford a full fledged pc? Does it perform as well as say, the $99 intuos tablet? That's what I have atm and need a new computer (and want to get a better tablet at some point as well).

It works as good if not better in some ways than a Cintiq. It still doesn't fully replace a desktop system but very close. A desktop computer is still better for multi tasking and the iPad Pro is better for drawing on the move. Β Good luck with your decision and thanks for watching!

Wow, ok thanks for the input! Do you use the ipencil (or whatever its called) for it?
No problem! Love your videos, and your art is fantastic.
