Description
One of the earliest versions of the Phobos Pattern Land Raider and precursor to the Land Raiders used most commonly in the 41st millennium. The Mark IIB bears many similarities to both the older Proteus Pattern and the heavier Spartan Assault tanks, only replaced by newer patterns due to a its restricted fire arc and its slower movement due to the heavier shielding.
