Description
a sci-fi set design inspired by such games and shows such as halo, gears of war, star wars and others. its also an original character biography.

the Armoured.Recon.Military.Exploration.Recovery force, or A.R.M.E.R for short, is an specially trained and equipped fighting force in both security, military, defensive and infiltration matters formed in the far future of 2030. the A.R.M.E.R unit was set up as a unique and powerful division using there advances in armour and weaponry to there advantage in combination with there elite training. they are often recruited for security purposes but also accompany other forces on missions and even rescue operations as well as exploration. there range of activity is quite varied. while most members of the A.R.M.E.R's division currently utilise an titanium-infused alloy metal armour known as the MK-001 aries suit, new and pioneering designs in the armour are still being tested and developed for better use in the field. most of them are competent and extremely trained officers, but due to there increase in demand there is quite a wide variety of people who have become members of the force, although some are more qualified then others.

bio:
john jones is a lieutenant in the A.R.M.E.Rs division, a very logical man he is one of the more coordinated of his group, joining with a perfect 100% on the written exam with only minor difficulty on the physical initiation john became a lieutenant of one of the elite A.R.M.E.R's squads, although trying to lead them is kind of a strain.

he's mostly a follower then a leader as theirs usually a sergeant nearby to give the orders, which he follows more accurately then he gives them, john is especially knowledgable in terms of…well anything, although his facts are almost as uninteresting to his fellow men as are his various plans for gaining his superiors favour.

not a coward he's hone din battle and prepared to fight, but some situations do push him past his limit, such as a crashing ship, no gravity ad especially giant alien insect attacks, however unlikely they may be. a notable feature that few people know, mostly due to johns slight embarrassment of the fact, is he is 50% cybernetic. his left arm, torso and legs arms have at least one-third of cybernetic augmentation and this causes the lieutenants confidence a bit of concern as he feels it may be hindering him or i.e. met with ridicule, so while most of his superiors know of his condition, any squad member will rarely know his secret.

Armour: MK-001 aries model
the aries armour is so-far the standard for A.R.M.E.R members, the helmet utilises a reinforced polymer plastic that withstands fire up to 2 inches, but is still viable to damage, the helmet also features an oxygen filter and display. while being highly durable, its weight is specifically fitted and adjusted for the individuals own physical traits but is mostly the same measurements. underneath the segment armour components is a skin-tight fibre that withstands heat and cold to a certain degree. the panels on each side oh the chest store compact grenades but underneath them are 100 watt light lenses that when shone in the sky provide a beacon for other squads. two jet propulsion tubes are attached on either side of the thigh armour for higher agility. ventilation is provided through out the suit. along with the fibre skin having pores allowing the person to breathe while wearing it. a belt holds a device that serves as a recon device, recording sound and scanning, while this is also a feature of the wrist armour module the belt can identify different threats via proximity scanner.with each light, including 1:yellow=unbreathable atmosphere, 2:green=toxic environment, 3:red=incoming hostiles, 4:light blue=richter scale, 5:unknown organism.

johns cybernetics:
john is a cyborg, so certain parts of his body, namely his torso, left arm and legs have some augmentation.

torso: outfitted with a steel rod spine, john can withstand most hits, however this seems to have attracted lot of bad luck concerning ship crashes and slamming against hulls. he also has a tracking device.

legs: outfitted with motorised hydraulics mostly in his shins and plate armour in his thighs, john has both leg strength and speed, being slightly shy of his cybernetics though john rarely utilises them, not that he can tell.

left arm: his left arm is purely robotic and enhanced by cyber-interface technology. his arm both houses hydraulic and pneumatic servos, giving him immense strength though a bit imbalanced due to the other arm. his wrist device can also interface with other devices, as well as the standard energy meter, ammo-count and navigation, the most notable function is its rocket propulsion, where his arm dispaches two rocket thrusters and is propelled into a rocket punch.

john seems to only be fully powered by his cyborg attributes when frustrated or enraged to a point he is completely battle-ready, strategically rampaging until he calms down, though it is often described as a trance like state.

EX-series firearms:

EX-001 theta assault rifle:
The rifle is two-handed, features a firing speed of 15 seconds per round, a range of up to 20 meters, mostly single bursts but when modified with different ammo and intake it can fire 10 second machine gun ammo. holstered on back. also features a scope that can zoom in at 30KM

EX-001 omicron pistol:
a standard side-arm pistol that fires short bursts at a range of 15 meters.
