Description
an original character who is both an evil scientist and a cyborg, iv been really into both those things recently so I drew him, I might add a colour version soon. and possibly a Better name.

background:
Little is known about the good doctor, some call him a retro frankenstein, others the demented cyborg hyde of jekyl. He was once an esteemed researcher and developer for an scientific facility, until it was revealed he was conducting…unorthodox experiments, eventually one led to his current state, a mass explosion left his right half obliterated, yet with the help and funding of a somewhat shady organisation he was outfitted with a cybernetic arm and leg, several mechanical components within his body and a respirator and prosthetic eye/lens on his face. Now he is a force of science to be reckoned with, serving as an arms dealer, information specialist and covert researcher for anyone who is willing to pay his price, aside from his unfortunate accident a lot of history is covered up on doctor CR, specifically his real name, some perceive his last initials as CR-azy or C-catastrophie R-ampage and the like, though it is often mistaken.

abilities/equipment:

arm:
his robotic arm is equipped with numerous tools for use, such as surgical instruments like scalpels to industrial equipment such as cutting torches, saws and drills, as well as a few other weapons as well, including a plasma gun, it houses an static electric generation unit located in his shoulder, as well as a camera recorder that can convert into a turret gun.

leg:
his leg is made of steel, has propulsion vents on the bottom for agile movement and a large piston-like mechanism that jams a metal spike into the ground so he can stay rooted in case of devastating conditions. on the back is a panel he can sue to switch it from a foot, into a metal detector, this involves detaching it by the knee connector.

chest:
his chest is outfitted with artificial lungs, plastic and prosthetic that pump oxygen much like bellows, as well as several metal ribs, a food conversion processor and insulation in certain parts of his skin. on the outside of his chest is a vial that pumps a plasma like fluid through his heart, as he is currently not able to produce enough to be naturally strong. finally there is a metal bevor like neck guard that also serves as a speech unit.

face/head:
a respiratory mask is connected to his face, while if strangled with the mask on it would merley feel uncomfortable as it his not through his neck he's breathing, if the mask is removed, he would slowly suffocate and you will see a half translucent skeletal grin past his mouth. a monocle like lens connects to his brain, which houses a cybernetic implant that also serves as an internal computer, it can switch to viewing the world in a camera like fashion to a screen relaying information, as well as slight X-ray vision. it is rumoured he has no hair, but a wig covering what is left from the failed experiment.

weaknesses: while some of his skin is not real, merely synthetic, like other humans being she is susceptible to fire, and electric shocks cause him to short out, or at least his cybernetics, thus he is terrified of thunderstorms (the only thing stopping him from creating his own frankenstein's monster)

he is never in one place for two long so it is now known where he resides, but it is clear his experiments are of no good.
