an original character iv wanted to do for a while, hope you like.

v.a.d.a, short for viral attack destruction algorithm, is a living computer virus, a infiltrative master of circuitry and electronics, power courses through his body, enough to concur the world…but he's too insane and narrow minded to use it.

vada was originally a top secret, intentionally engineered virus program, with various viral traits including hacking, spying, crashing and so om, no one knows whether he was made by enemy hackers, area 51, or just some guy with a grudge on technology, what we do know is he's more then zeros and ones on a monitor, after a freak accident involving an electrical storm, an experimental a.i and a virtual reality algorithm, he was already way ahead, after becoming sentient, he designed a body, then used all the energy around him to create a silicon body ionised together, creating a very deadly software.
as far as a personality goes, this guys like the crazy maniac in every tv program, movie, video game and book ever known, he is childlike, constantly screaming his own name "vada!" and laughing madly, with limited vocabulary, yet somehow is smart enough to wire an microwave into a napalm flamethrower, to him, lifes a video game, a cartoon, something to amuse him, and he enjoys nothing more then causing absolute carnage in the form of vehicular crashes, haywire security systems, electronic havoc, with all that power and a ton of madness to back it up, no ones safe from this cyber scoundrel at all.

abilities include:

electro-telepotrtaition=just being near a monitor or devie lets him transfer his body, after becoming a energy state, into the device and into the network, however this could pose a problem if he is cut off from other devices while inside.

form manipulation=vadas body is 50% physical and 50% energy, though he can still become physical, and change and morph his body parts into weapons and tools.

energy manipulation= being partly particleised and plasma induced, he can use energy to his will, either as a offensive weapon or…well mostly offensive weapons.

machine reconfiguration=haveing slight magnetic properties, he can destruct a machine or device, and turn it into something new, and repeat it multiple times, a bit like lego, but more destructive.

power overload=his ultimate attack, vada can charge himself with all the excess power he has, glow bright red, and create a power surge that nearly knocks out half a cities power supply.

however he does have a few notable weak points, for example, like most hyperactive creatures, he tires easily, especially since he gets a lot of energy form the sun, there for he is weakest at night, also, he reverts to a small micro chip with his insignia on it when totally out of power, when he is, it takes a lot of energy to reboot him.
