Description
this is a surrealistic, possibly abstract painting in acrylic ink and water colour i created at college, i decided to put it up here as i have done so before with previous works.

and yes a lot of inspiration was taken from the norse mythological ourobourous, a snake biting its own tail. the other features are what to me symbolised life continuing, changing and entering new phases.

I'm never clear on the meanings or symbolisms on a lot of my paintings but this one is pretty straight forward, not only does this represent the cycle of life, it sort of represents the repetitive and somewhat unpredictably emotional aspects, however small or odd they may be, of my life, feel free to comment as you wish, i hope it is worthy of being called a painting.
