a drawing I did of a fantasy monster in the style of those found in RPG's...or just the usual monster that pops up every now and then XD.

the glowder is an unusual cave dwelling creature, found only in the deepest, darkest caverns where its body gives off a bioluminescent light most notable in scorpions and arachnids, though it is unknown whether it is a "true" arachnid due to it lacking the eight legs of spiders and scorpions. some argue this ability to glow in the dark would make it an easy target for predators or enemies, but it far makes up for this with its size, the largest ones reaching up to 8"ft in height. along with its ability to glow it also possesses to shoot thick, spike-like hairs that paralyse its prey, where it injects a enzyme from its fangs, liquifies their entire physical body so it may drink it at its leisure. it has been discovered the creatures glow actually illuminates everything for a 2ft radius, meaning it is used to find prey in the dark. whatever the true purpose of its luminosity there is always one thing remembered about this creature. it is a giant spider that glows enough, thats all i need to know to get the fluff outta here.
