an idea i came up with, in the sense of what if a summerine became intertwined with a giant squid in am amazing amalgamation of science and genetics.

the submersapod is the latest in technological augmentation on marine life, it has two modes of function, scout mode and assault mode, in scout mode the tube like propulsion systems on the side of its metallic hull are stationed inside, allowing smooth gliding thorough the water, its main function in this mode is the salvage and searching of valuable sea debris, its eyes have been engineered with special underwater telescopic lenses, similar to camera that can alter the distance and quality of underwater images, and has 4 artificial gills for oxgyn intake, in battle mode the propulsion wings extend out and the hull/shell opens slightly, it is capable of repulsion speeds of 20 miles ph, can fire a barrage of two underwater torpedoes, and its tentacles are its most natural weapon, with two of them being equipped with sharp blade like fins.

the submersapods metallic shell is capable of holding hman sailers, as it is the main control hub, the creature can be piloted directly via an leectronic steering wheel which guides its motor functions.
