This form should be only for Vegeta, because in my fan story every saiyan has a particular form like LSSJ is
exclusive to Broly, but since people like this it I decided to give it also to other characters. SSJ04 is only fanservice if so can be said, in my original story ssj4 is not the Gt one but a advanced ssj3 with more hair and eyebrows.
I never created a story about transformation, but surely it is achieved through anger and is at the level of a ssj3
