Bringing Dr. Gero back was literally a flood of potential, especially when you consider that he's been sharing hell with every major DBZ villain, including CELL and BABIDI. And the man's always trying to make his creations as strong as possible. Hell- he even overpowered Frieza and didn't even know he existed!

Merging Android 17 with his counterpart from hell? That's pretty dangerous.

Building Androids who can harness magic as well as absorb ki attacks? That's GERO-level dangerous.
