A real stunner. I commend your use of a real setting. The addition of the doll is excellent, with the model seeming more doll-like than her companion. The apple and the blossoms equal to it's size go well together as well. It's both comforting in it's visual symmetry but shocking in it's subject matter... what a face she has.
