Not directtly; but there are enough roleplay books written to help you create your own stories. And there are many forums online as well.

My map would have to include the mountain that out 'master' wizard teleported us into.
Three years of campaigns and one bad roll killed the entire group.

Holy crap, that sucks. I would never allow that ending if I were your DM, no matter how bad the roll. I would teleport you there and let you be trapped in a cave full of water, or only from the wais up in stone... At least something that would reflect the bad roll, but still something you could escape from anyway. - Well, I'm sure your playing an even better campaign now with cooler charecters then before

I think it was skills and powers, there were a few tables and a couple dice rolls. Then we were told we're all dead. I stopped playing for a few months after that. Then the next character got killed by a Black Dragon, an ancient one. So I kinda stopped playing.
I haven't played in almost a decade now.

I made the map so we could easily remeber the whole adventure afterwards (2 years playtime -weekly sessions). To bad we can't take pictures of our adventures right? :}

agreed, I've only been able to take pictures of miniatures and setups. The rest is at the mercy of artists though :3
