I've had this done for some time...just been sort of afraid to post it, I guess. I wasn't sure how it'd turn out.My first foray into digital painting (background)!
Constructive criticism please? And if you have any tips on digital painting, that'd be GREAT.
I took screenshots of this as I went along to document my progress, so I could probably make a walkthrough / tutorial if anyone wants it? I dunno; I'm probably not good enough to do that yet, ha ha.
ALSO. +500 boogie points to whoever can name all the stories the flying pages come from. (There are seven pages.)

Lovely, the soft variation colors make the painting very fitting. The floating pages and open sky also add a nice touch. Great work!
