Aw! I'll definitely think about doing a tutorial sometime.
It's not too hard, though, I promise.Β
Β I usually use white with a hard pen tool and then erase the edges so that they form angular lines and wedge shapes. Around where clothing folds (inner elbow, behind the knee, etc) I do small, fast strokes to make the folds look shiny. My first layer of shines tends to be low opacity (around 60%) and then on the next layer I leave it at 100% opacity and I do the same process, but with the shines only on the side where the light source is shining. I don't tend to do much, if any, shading, and on the low opacity layer I do shines both on the side where the light source is and on the side that would normally be shaded.
