Bebop and Rocksteady, formerly known as Anton Zeck and Owen Rocksteed, are two criminals that serve as members of the Foot Clan. The two are best friends and are nearly inseparable, rarely seen apart. Bebop is more of a brawler, preferring close-ranged weapons such as a baseball bat, while Rocksteady is more of a long-range fighter. They both have laser pistols as backup weapons, though Rocksteady also has a knife.

I gave Rocksteady a cigar because I thought it made him look cool.

UPDATE: Used the new face customization features to make Bebop look more like a pig, complete with an appropriate nose (yes, they finally have a pig nose)!
