This is Kooky Von Koopa aka Ludwig Von Koopa (But I always refer to him as Kooky because I think of them as different Koopas). If you're wondering why he doesn't have his fourth finger it's because it's behind his back.
This took me so long to color! This was hand-drawn on paper and then colored on paint. Hope you like it!
