Hello, I'm one of the original members of Desktop Ponies, creators of the bases and animations you are using as templates to sell OCs.

Our animations, bases and all derivated works based on them are labeled under a CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 non-profit license, which states anyone can use our material as long they never use it for commercial purposes and never create any kind of situation intended to receive any kind of payment or voluntary donations in exchange for anything created with our base materials.
FAQ #8: What are violations of the deviantART copyright policy?
FAQ #94: Can I use the works which I find on deviantART?
FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
FAQ #257: What sort of permission do I need to use someone else's work?
FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?

In other words, what you are doing here is illegal and I must ask you to stop it right now. Sorry.

Our group can be found here: so you can go and confirm my claim by yourself, and you can also get a more detailed explanation of the copyright claim protecting our material, along for the reasons we had to file it under said copyright claim.


I hope you  understand our stance, and I hope you also understand you can continue making paid commissions, but not using Desktop Ponies bases and derivate works anymore.
