Description
After tampering with the game's code for so long, subjecting her friends to an endless plethora of internal/external struggles and bad endings and greatly diverging the system into routes it was never intended to take, Akinom caused the code itself to have a knee jerk reaction of sorts, creating three God-like apparitions based on the other main girls - Sayori, Natsuki, and Yuri. Their goal is to track down and rid Akinom from the system once and for all so that the worlds within the code can regain stability, and the original versions of the characters can finally be at peace.

Ikustan is the second apparition, and a representation of Natsuki's negative traits. The mistreatment and abuse by her father, as well as her aggressive surface behavior and suppression of her more passive personality, manifests itself as a massive, emaciated ghoulish entity possessing superhuman strength and wrath.
